WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 1 pack Love Beets cooked beetroot, quartered
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled (plus some more to garnish)
- 2/3 cups cashew nuts
- juice of ½ lemon
- ½ bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, pressed
- salt and pepper
WHAT TO DO
- Add all ingredients into a high container and blend until it’s smooth. Season with salt and ground pepper.
- Add the dip into a serving bowl and garnish with some feta and cilantro.
